How did we help them?

When it comes to hardware distribution, Prabhusurat Buildwares Private Limited needs no introduction.

Their goal at this year’s convention was to make connections with potential new investors. They hired Expo Exhibition Stands to construct a one-of-a-kind booth that would accommodate a number of in-depth conversations with potential clients. In order to accommodate the firm’s need for visibility, the client opted for a three-sided open booth.

Approach’s primary difficulty was creating a private space for its employees and guests. To get around this problem, they separated the display space into many zones.

Walled-off assembly space was the initial setting. This created an intimate setting ideal for in-depth business talks.

The purpose of the middle and outermost zones was to provide a place for people to see products while also having a casual conversation with others. The placement of the EBCO emblem and the posters of the brand ambassadors served to strengthen the company’s identity. Aside from the banner, the walls were also decorated with eye-level graphics.

The Outcome
The representatives from Prabhusurat Buildwares Private Limited spent the whole trade show talking to various sponsors and interested parties, so pleased were they with the booth’s performance.
