The Challenge
18 sqm, one open side, and a single headline to sell: a 48-foot balcony. Aristo Anantam is a 3 and 4 BHK apartment and commercial project, and in a plot this size the stand had seconds to make its case. The exhibition stall design at Ahmedabad Mirror Property Expo Ahmedabad was built around one claim rather than a project list.

Why It Worked
A 48-foot balcony is a specific enough claim to stop someone mid-walk, and printed at that size it was legible from across the concourse. Raising the floor on wood decking separated the stand from the polished hall without needing a wall. In the photographs the table is occupied and people stand reading the graphic, which is all this 18 sqm property show stall needed to do.
