A wall of artificial turf sits at the centre of the plot carrying the logo and the four product categories, with a circular backlit disc on either side and planted troughs along its base. Both flanking walls are given over to large black-framed backlit panels holding masterplans, club renders and the location map. Round white plinth tables topped with printed site layouts and rimmed in turf become the discussion points in this 81 sqm property show stall.

Green read from a long way down the aisle, and the turf wall gave the stand one image people could describe. The round tables mattered most: families gathered around a layout instead of queueing at a counter, and several sales conversations ran at once.
