Lit display niches: Bhavya Packaging exhibition stall design at CMPL Expo, New Delhi

Client: Bhavya Packaging Pvt Ltd

Every wall of the exhibition stall design at CMPL Expo in New Delhi became a lit vitrine: blue panels cut with niches, each niche outlined in white neon-flex and shelved in glass so the bottles read against the light. A white curved canopy sits over the whole 36 sqm on splayed columns, carrying the company name and two illuminated logo roundels at the open corners. The counter is white with a blue cove under its top. Round tables occupy the clear middle, on grey carpet.

Context

The Brief

A packaging manufacturer's range is its argument: hundreds of bottles, jars and closures, none of them large. Bhavya Packaging needed all of it visible and none of it looking like clutter. With 36 sqm on a corner at Yashobhoomi, the exhibition stall design at CMPL Expo in New Delhi had to turn the product wall into the light source and keep the middle clear for meetings.

What We Designed

Why It Worked

The colour did most of the pulling, a wall of blue and white light against a hall of neutral stands. Because the canopy is open along its long side rather than boxed in, visitors stepped straight to the shelves and started handling samples. Meetings happened two steps away at the tables. For a range this fine-grained, the 36 sqm booth kept everything within arm's reach.
