White forms the base, with a blue LED line tracing the fascia and every product board framed as a backlit blue-edged panel. The reception counter takes the open corner, its ends curved so nobody catches a hip on it. A marble-look porcelain slab clads the column, and real slabs stand on a low plinth - the one piece of physical material in an otherwise printed technology exhibition booth. Four table sets fill the middle.

Case Study
The Challenge
Donghai Technology sells ceramic body and surface decoration machinery, equipment far too large to bring to Gandhinagar. Their buyers are plant owners and technical heads who want specifications, not spectacle. With 32 sqm and 3 open sides, the exhibition stall design at Indian Ceramics Asia Gandhinagar had to carry the technical story on the walls and leave enough table space for long, detailed meetings.
What We Designed
White forms the base, with a blue LED line tracing the fascia and every product board framed as a backlit blue-edged panel. The reception counter takes the open corner, its ends curved so nobody catches a hip on it. A marble-look porcelain slab clads the column, and real slabs stand on a low plinth - the one piece of physical material in an otherwise printed technology exhibition booth. Four table sets fill the middle.
Why It Worked
The blue-lit fascia carried across the hall, which mattered on a 3-side plot surrounded by similar white booths. Visitors read the machinery panels standing, then sat down - there was always a free table, and the corner counter meant someone greeted them before they wandered off. Technical talk takes time, and this exhibition stall design at Indian Ceramics Asia Gandhinagar gave it room.
