Equipsol at Aahar New Delhi: exhibition stall design built around a working counter

Client: Equipsol

The name hangs first: a red fascia box with backlit white letters dropped below black ceiling battens, so it reads down the aisle despite the single open face. The back wall is white with one red band and the tagline set into it. Red-framed panels are angled off the side walls of the 12 sqm stall, carrying model tables, features and hotel-client logos. A marble-look counter runs the full width with warmers dropped into the top and a crockery niche below.

Context

The Brief

A commercial induction warmer only convinces a hotel buyer when it is switched on with a pot standing on it. Equipsol had 12 sqm and a single open side, backing onto a shell wall. So the exhibition stall design at Aahar New Delhi had to be part signage and part working counter: enough technical detail for a specifier, and a live surface a chef could put a hand near.

The Challenge

What We Designed

The back wall is white with one red band and the tagline set into it. Red-framed panels are angled off the side walls of the 12 sqm stall, carrying model tables, features and hotel-client logos. A marble-look counter runs the full width with warmers dropped into the top and a crockery niche below.

03

Why It Worked

One open side usually costs a stand its reach, but the hanging fascia and lit counter front pulled attention from further down the aisle than the plot deserved. Buyers came in to look at the pots, then stayed for the spec panels, which is the right order for this product. The client-logo wall did the credibility work quietly across the exhibition stall design at Aahar New Delhi.
