↓Halsons at GPBS Gandhinagar: Exhibition Stall Design for a Global Sourcing Trader
Client: Halsons
With graphics doing the work, we kept the structure quiet: white walls, a blue border band and a two-level fascia stepping the logo above the China panel. The printed wrap runs continuously across all three walls — twenty years of presence, five countries, and sourcing, shipping and quality assurance in blue capsule labels. Angled image tiles show the categories traded. A branded counter and four chairs fill the floor. Every surface of the custom stall had to earn its place.

Case Study
The Challenge
Halsons trades across China, India, Kenya, Tanzania and DR Congo, sourcing everything from excavator parts to sanitaryware. There is no single product to put on a plinth. The plot was 9 sqm with one open side, hemmed in by neighbours, so the exhibition stall design at GPBS Gandhinagar had to explain a service business on wall space alone and still leave room to sit.

Why It Worked
Small plots reward clarity, and the wrap gives a visitor the whole proposition in one glance from the aisle — what Halsons sources, where it ships and which markets it covers. Recessed downlights plus a single floodlight kept the white graphics bright against darker neighbours. Four chairs was the right count for a 9 sqm floor, and the exhibition stall design at GPBS Gandhinagar never felt blocked.
