Innovative Engineers — Black-Shell Exhibition Stall Design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar

No machines, no product samples — Innovative Engineers arrived with partner listings, presence maps and technical literature, all of it text. A 30 sqm plot with 2 open sides sat in a hall of bright white booths, so the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar had to make reading matter carry the stand and host several distributor meetings at the same time.

A 30 sqm plot with 2 open sides sat in a hall of bright white booths, so the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar had to make reading matter carry the stand and host several distributor meetings at the same time.

We went matt black on every wall and let light do the work. A white LED profile loops around the corner, carrying the web address and the positioning line. Below it sit three backlit poster frames for partner and presence data, flanked by two televisions. Black fins wrap the return wall, storage hides behind a flush door, and the lounge — artificial turf, glass tables, white sofa, moulded chairs — occupies the depth of the two-side open stall.

Dark walls did the separating work that a 2 side open plot usually cannot manage — from the aisle only the lit surfaces registered. People came in for the panels and sat down at the nearest table; four seating groups meant more than one meeting could run. That contrast is what made the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar readable from far down the row.
