↓Intelliworkz 36 sqm Exhibition Stall Design at BNI Symposium, Gandhinagar
Client: Intelliworkz
Six light boxes were set in a continuous row along an indigo back wall, sequenced left to right: the parent brand, then each product, then the group panel. Illumination is internal, so the panels stay readable under hall light. A curved white portal opens the left end and a yellow-edged frame closes the right, marking entry and exit. Reception sits forward on the aisle; behind it a carpeted lounge of sofas, glass tables and pendant bulbs anchors this technology exhibition booth.

The Challenge
With 36 sqm to fill and four software brands to explain, Intelliworkz, Tasknote, Datanote and Formezy, the risk was a wall of text nobody reads. Software has nothing to display. Everything visitors could learn had to come off flat panels, in an order they could follow while walking, which set the shape of this exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar.
What We Designed

Why It Worked
Because every panel is lit from within, the wall held its brightness under hall lighting, and people read it while moving rather than stopping to squint. The arch at either end gave the 36 sqm a front and a back, so browsing and sitting did not collide. Conversations that started at a product panel finished on the sofas, useful in an exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar.
