Jay Trading: non-woven bag exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo, Gandhinagar 2025

Client: Jay Trading

A blue and orange portal frame squares off the corner of this food exhibition stall and lifts a white fascia listing the bag types in blue. Along the full side wall we ran three tiers of yellow-edged shelving, each level washed by an LED strip, with bags hung from a rail above and printed samples stacked below. The counter takes the open corner under a backlit arch logo; a round table and four chairs sit behind it, out of the walking line.

Context

The Brief

Jay Trading makes non-woven, thermal, BOPP and D-cut bags, and that catalogue only convinces a buyer once it is handled. The plot ran to 12 sqm, open on two sides, so the exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo Gandhinagar had to put several hundred printed samples within arm's reach of aisle traffic and still leave space to sit down over an order.

Case Study

01

The Challenge

The plot ran to 12 sqm, open on two sides, so the exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo Gandhinagar had to put several hundred printed samples within arm's reach of aisle traffic and still leave space to sit down over an order.

02

What We Designed

A blue and orange portal frame squares off the corner of this food exhibition stall and lifts a white fascia listing the bag types in blue. Along the full side wall we ran three tiers of yellow-edged shelving, each level washed by an LED strip, with bags hung from a rail above and printed samples stacked below. The counter takes the open corner under a backlit arch logo; a round table and four chairs sit behind it, out of the walking line.

03

Why It Worked

The colour blocking did the flagging from down the aisle and the shelves did everything after that. Visitors read the whole range in one walk, then stopped where a particular print or handle held them, which is exactly where the counter stands. Tucking the table behind the display wall meant sample talk never blocked either open side of this exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo Gandhinagar.
