Kavit Pharma & Cosmetics: Exhibition Stall Design at IPEX Expo Noida, 2024

With 24 sqm open on three sides, the exhibition stall design at IPEX Expo Noida had to sort that range before anyone reached the counter, and give a manufacturer that has been exporting since 1979 some visible standing.

With 24 sqm open on three sides, the exhibition stall design at IPEX Expo Noida had to sort that range before anyone reached the counter, and give a manufacturer that has been exporting since 1979 some visible standing.

One long wall does the work. A green panel holds the screen and the line about manufacturing since 1979; beside it, four black-framed niches are labelled skin care, body care, soaps and hair care, each stacked with the actual bottles and tubes. The logo sits above in a white lightbox. The floor of this pharma exhibition booth was raised, carpeted green and edged with a low picket fence and creeper, counter at the open corner.

Splitting the range into four lit niches let a buyer point at a category from the aisle instead of asking for a catalogue. The fence gave three open sides a soft boundary, so people stepped over the line deliberately rather than drifting through. Seating in the middle kept meetings inside the exhibition stall design at IPEX Expo Noida rather than out in the walkway.
