↓Kosol Energie and Sunray: Exhibition Stall Design at Intersolar India Gandhinagar
Client: Kosol Energie
A flat canopy oversails the whole island, its edge run with LED cove light and its underside filled with downlights, so the stand reads as one roof from any direction. Orange bands and backlit lettering carry Sunray on two faces and Kosol on the other two. Below, white columns frame open bays: PV modules stood upright on plinths, a solar water heater, inverters and a video wall. Two counters face opposite aisles across the wood-plank floor of this exhibition stall design at Intersolar India Gandhinagar.

Case Study
The Challenge
4 open sides at 108 sqm is a good problem and a hard one: there is no back wall to hang the story on, and the stand has to look finished from every aisle. Kosol Energie also runs Sunray as a consumer-facing brand, so the exhibition stall design at Intersolar India Gandhinagar had to give both names their own frontage without splitting the stand in two.

Why It Worked
From any of the 4 aisles the canopy edge and a lit brand name were visible, which is the job of an island. Visitors entered between the columns rather than at one point, so traffic spread across the bays. The upright modules gave people something to walk up to and touch, and 2 counters meant nobody queued on this four-side open island.
