Kotak Loggisticss: 9 sqm Exhibition Stall Design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar

9 sqm, one open face, and a service list running to ten headings: ship chartering, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, marine insurance and the rest. Kotak needed all of it visible without the shell feeling papered over, and it needed to be findable from down the aisle, which is the hardest part of any small exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar.

9 sqm, one open face, and a service list running to ten headings: ship chartering, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, marine insurance and the rest. Kotak needed all of it visible without the shell feeling papered over, and it needed to be findable from down the aisle, which is the hardest part of any small exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar.

Height did the finding. A curved crown fascia hangs above the stall carrying the wordmark on both faces, with a lit ship's wheel roundel raised above it, visible over neighbouring stands. Below, the single wall is treated as one navy graphic: services listed down the left, a wheel infographic centred, headline figures blocked in colour, and a printed container band across the top. Leatherette sofas and a lifebuoy drum table fill the floor of this exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar.

The crown was the working part. From two aisles away the roundel and the curve told you where Kotak was, and by the time you reached the stall the service list had already answered what they do. Inside, sofas rather than bar stools kept meetings long, which suits a freight conversation. Small plots earn their keep this way in a 9 sqm trade show booth.
