RDR Impex Exhibition Stall Design at Indusfood, Greater Noida 2026

Client: RDR Impex Private Limited

Shelving runs almost the full perimeter, lit from within so packs read as colour rather than clutter. A freestanding hexagon module in wood stands at the open corner, its cells holding single products at eye height. Warm wood laminate holds it together, with a green turf strip along the fascia, arched niches for the sub-brands and a printed export map beside the counter. The curved counter and a small seating pocket take the quiet corner of this exhibition stall design at Indusfood Greater Noida.

Context

The Brief

36 sqm, 3 open sides, and a catalogue running from beverages to snacks to private-label grocery. RDR Impex sells contract manufacturing as much as it sells products, so the range had to be visible without the stall turning into a warehouse. That was the brief behind this exhibition stall design at Indusfood Greater Noida: shelf space everywhere, and somewhere to sit and talk terms.

What We Designed

Shelving runs almost the full perimeter, lit from within so packs read as colour rather than clutter. A freestanding hexagon module in wood stands at the open corner, its cells holding single products at eye height. 03

Why It Worked

The lit shelves worked like a shop window on all 3 sides, so no single front to miss. The hexagon module gave passers-by something to stop at, and the arched niches separated the consumer brands from the private-label pitch. Buyers who came in had a counter to lean on and a corner to sit in, which is what an export food stand is finally for.
