↓Sarthak Satvik at GPBS Gandhinagar — Exhibition Stall Design for an A2 Ghee Brand
Client: Sarthak Satvik
Cream walls with green trim set the tone of the food exhibition stall, and the back wall is given over to the process: six hand-drawn icons from free-grazing cows through curd, ghee, makkhan and churning, beside oversized visuals of the ghee jar and buttermilk bottle. Cane pendants with warm bulbs hang low over the lounge, and lit niches on the side wall hold retail packs. A blush sampling counter invites a taste, and a life-size cow figure stands at the open corner.

Case Study
The Challenge
Ghee and buttermilk made by the traditional bilona method sell on provenance — free-grazing cows, A2 milk, curd, makkhan, churning — and none of that is obvious from a jar on a shelf. Sarthak Satvik had 18 sqm with two open sides at GPBS, next to louder food stalls. The exhibition stall design at GPBS Gandhinagar needed warmth rather than volume, and a way to tell the process quickly.
What We Designed
Cream walls with green trim set the tone of the food exhibition stall, and the back wall is given over to the process: six hand-drawn icons from free-grazing cows through curd, ghee, makkhan and churning, beside oversized visuals of the ghee jar and buttermilk bottle. Cane pendants with warm bulbs hang low over the lounge, and lit niches on the side wall hold retail packs. A blush sampling counter invites a taste, and a life-size cow figure stands at the open corner.
Why It Worked
The cow figure did the stopping — people photographed it, and once in the corner, the process wall answered what they had started asking. Warm pendant light against cream and green read as a dairy shop rather than an expo booth, which suited a premium food brand. Two open sides let the exhibition stall design at GPBS Gandhinagar catch traffic from the main aisle and the side run.
