The plan for this energy exhibition booth splits in two. Along the aisle sit tall backlit panels in orange frames, each one a full product datasheet at standing height, with a rack of film rolls lit on angled shelves between them. Behind that line, a timber batten screen shields a sofa lounge and a meeting table. The curved reception counter is lit from beneath its lip so it glows at the open corner, and an angled totem carries client logos.

The Challenge
Specification decides this sale, not styling, so the numbers had to be readable from the aisle itself. Shashvat Green Energy took 60 sqm with three open sides in a hall thick with module makers, and the exhibition stall design at Intersolar India Gandhinagar had to carry dense technical data, a partner list and a corner private enough for pricing talk.

Why It Worked
Visitors read before they asked, which changed the first question from what do you make to which grade suits me. The lit rolls proved the material was real rather than rendered. Warm light under the counter marked the entry point in a hall of flat white stands, and the slatted screen kept this exhibition stall design at Intersolar India Gandhinagar useful for negotiation as well as display.
