Panther Belting by SR Belting — 42 sqm Exhibition Stall Design at Gujarat Conex Gandhinagar

Client: SR Belting Pvt Ltd (Panther Belting)

A coiled belt roll, unrolled at one end and set on a plinth with a warm LED cove beneath it, became the centre of the exhibition stall design at Gujarat Conex Gandhinagar. Behind it, the sample wall carries cleat, chevron and plain profiles on light panels labelled Lite, Max and Pro, with weight trays marked CW500 and CW700. A yellow-post rack holds belt sections upright. Wood-finish flooring, black tables and a fabric sofa cover the meeting side; orange battens and hanging greenery close the ceiling.

Context

The Brief

Conveyor belting is judged by hand, not by picture. SR Belting wanted buyers at Gujarat Conex to touch cleat profiles, compare thickness and read the difference between Lite, Max and Pro grades, inside 42 sqm on a corner plot. The exhibition stall design at Gujarat Conex Gandhinagar had to look like a working plant, not a brochure.

What We Designed

03

Why It Worked

Visitors stopped at the belt roll because it is physically large and unmistakably real, then moved along the sample wall running their hands over the profiles, which is exactly the sequence we wanted. Backlit fascia lettering on both open faces meant the name held from either aisle. Technical talk happened at the tables of this 42 sqm trade show booth, with samples already in hand.
