Brillia is commercial - showrooms and offices - while most of the hall around it was selling homes. Two names had to sit on one 36 sqm corner without either being swallowed, and the numbers that matter to a commercial buyer, floor count, lifts, parking ratio, retail depth, had to be in front of people. So the exhibition stall design at NAREDCO Property Expo Ahmedabad was built around reading matter.

So the exhibition stall design at NAREDCO Property Expo Ahmedabad was built around reading matter.

Gold was reserved for one job: two names raised off the curved black fascia under a warm cove line. Specifications went directly onto the matt black walls in fine gold and white type at standing reading height, so the walls of this sales lounge are the brochure. Two tall backlit panels hold the tower renders and supply most of the light. Wood-plank flooring, white leather sofas and glass tables warm the interior; a fluted counter closes the open edge.

Investors came in reading. Because the attributes were on the wall rather than in a folder, a visitor could work through the whole proposition standing up, and the sales team joined a conversation already underway. The leather seating and glass tables suited longer, quieter discussions, and the gold-on-black restraint separated this exhibition stall design at NAREDCO Property Expo Ahmedabad from the residential stalls beside it.
