Services do not sit on a shelf. Trade Stone had no machine to put on the floor and no product to hand across a counter, only offerings that had to be understood in the few seconds a visitor gives it. On a 27 sqm plot the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar had to explain the business graphically and still feel open enough to walk into.

On a 27 sqm plot the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar had to explain the business graphically and still feel open enough to walk into.

One long printed wall does most of the talking: a welcome panel on the left, then a services infographic in violet and green, laid out as icons so it can be read at walking pace. The fascia carries the brand in a lit sign box with floodlights above it, and the counter below repeats the name in raised letters at knee height for anyone already inside. White seating and potted palms hold the aisle edge of the 27 sqm stand.

From the aisle the lit sign and the icon wall arrived together, so a passer-by got the name and the service list in one glance — which is the whole ask when there is nothing physical to display. Palms marked the threshold without blocking it, and the counter stayed close to the opening. That directness is what carried the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar through heavy aisle traffic.
