↓TSK's retail-counter exhibition stall design at AnuFood Mumbai
Client: TSK
Both open sides were given long black counters, so staff could meet the aisle instead of standing behind a wall. Shelving on the return wall holds retail packs at eye height, with a chest freezer set into the run for the frozen line. Graphics are appetite-led, large food photography on white banded in yellow, and two corner towers carry lit circular logo discs. Pendant lamps drop over the counters; green carpet separates the two-side open stall from the red aisle.

Case Study
The Challenge
Frozen food does not display itself. TSK had three ranges to put in front of buyers at AnuFood, masalas, ready gravies and a frozen line, and 27 sqm on a corner to do it in. The exhibition stall design at AnuFood Mumbai had to look like a shop people already understood, keep packs at eye level, and let the frozen range stay cold.
What We Designed
Both open sides were given long black counters, so staff could meet the aisle instead of standing behind a wall. Shelving on the return wall holds retail packs at eye height, with a chest freezer set into the run for the frozen line. Graphics are appetite-led, large food photography on white banded in yellow, and two corner towers carry lit circular logo discs. Pendant lamps drop over the counters; green carpet separates the two-side open stall from the red aisle.
Why It Worked
People treated it like a shop counter, which was the point. They picked packs up, read them and asked prices standing at the black fronts. The lit logo discs sat above head height and stayed readable when the aisle filled up. Behind the counters, small tables took the buyers worth sitting with, so the exhibition stall design at AnuFood Mumbai never jammed at the front.
