Everything went matte black — walls, ceiling slats, podium. The concourse-facing face was left almost empty apart from the logo, which is the whole point of it. Around the corner, thin gold light bands run horizontally and pick up project names in gold with screens set flush between them. Warm wooden flooring and a slatted ceiling with track spots give the two-side-open stand a floor visitors can feel they have stepped onto.

The Challenge
Vivaan Realty's identity is a mark rather than a picture, and the brand wanted that mark to be the first thing anyone saw. The plot ran 36 sqm with two sides open, on a polished stone concourse where nearly every neighbour was working in white boxes and bright colour. The exhibition stall design at Divya Bhaskar Property Show Ahmedabad was asked to go the other way entirely.
What We Designed

An unlit black wall in a hall of white stands stops people, and a single mark on it is easy to carry away and remember. The wooden floor marked a threshold without needing a door, so entering felt deliberate.
