A single white podium runs the full length of both open sides with an LED strip under its lip, and the gearboxes sit in a row at chest height, flanges facing the aisle. Behind them a red wall carries a printed factory panel and a screen. The opposite corner is a cove-lit blue niche where the whole range is explained in one graphic, and a glazed meeting room with a red-lined door closes the back of the machinery stand.

The Challenge
Industrial gearboxes weigh what they weigh, and any display has to be built to take them. Zeal Gears had 40 sqm open on two sides, and the exhibition stall design at PlastIndia New Delhi had to lift several cast units to viewing height, keep them safely back from the aisle, and still leave a closed room for extruder OEM discussions.
What We Designed
A single white podium runs the full length of both open sides with an LED strip under its lip, and the gearboxes sit in a row at chest height, flanges facing the aisle. Behind them a red wall carries a printed factory panel and a screen. The opposite corner is a cove-lit blue niche where the whole range is explained in one graphic, and a glazed meeting room with a red-lined door closes the back of the machinery stand.
Why It Worked
Raising the units turned them into objects rather than freight, and the strip under the podium put the machined faces into the light. The red wall gave the row a background readable from thirty metres. Buyers walked the podium, stopped at one size and were led straight into the room, so the exhibition stall design at PlastIndia New Delhi ran as a single sequence.
