Zeal Gears had a range of industrial gear units to present on 18 sqm with one open side, to buyers who inspect a housing closely. The exhibition stall design at Plexpo India Gandhinagar had to raise the hardware, keep the frontage open, and leave room for a seated discussion.

The exhibition stall design at Plexpo India Gandhinagar had to raise the hardware, keep the frontage open, and leave room for a seated discussion.

Red does the pointing. A single red panel breaks the white rear wall and holds the printed range boards, with a wide screen alongside running plant footage. Gear units sit on white plinths at counter height along the open edge and on the wall shelf opposite, so each unit is looked at, not stepped over. The counter carries the logo and takes a gearbox on top, and a small table with moulded chairs sits behind, inside the 18 sqm stand.

Weight became the argument. Lifting the gear units to waist height let visitors put a hand on a casing without crouching, and the white plinths made blue-painted housings read from the aisle. Keeping the frontage entirely open meant no one had to commit to entering before they could see the range. That is a fair trade for an 18 sqm exhibition stall design at Plexpo India Gandhinagar.
